10. "Wise & Strong" family layout. I did this layout as a guest designer for CSI Color Challenge site.

9. "Enjoy" Glitter Bottle. I made this just 'cause :) I love those projects I can make just for myself!! And yes, there is glitter glued to the inside. Super fun to make!!

8. "I heart family" Layout. I made this layout for an altered ribbon challenge. We were supposed to alter a piece of ribbon on a project, so I stamped on white ric-rac and stamped on seam binding. I love that it is so simple.

7. "Mexico" layout. This is a layout from my trip to Mexico with my sister. The view of the pool was so amazing!!

Bang Bang!

Hello all!!

Christmas is almost upon us! I'm super excited. Mostly because I will have more time for crafting :) I wanted to share a layout I did using The Paper Bakery's December kits AND My Favorite Things Stamps and Die Cuts by Laina Lamb. I am not much of a stamper but I am IN LOVE with these stamps as well as the adorable die cuts.

"Bang Bang!" Layout

I hope you guys love this layout because I do!! I just HAD to scrapbook a page about my new haircut.... I hadn't had bangs in over 23 years!! But I love my sassy new look. I love the die cuts and I love the simple look of the word stamps... they are perfect for one stamp or a cluster of stamps on the page :)

I will see you all soon.

Doggie costume

Hello friends!

I wanted to share a couple of projects I made specifically for the Lily Bee Design Team Call. Although I did not make the team I still LOVE my projects I made. And congrats to the team that did make it! They are awesome!!

"Wish I could fun free" Layout

I love this layout because it shows my sweet girl Bella just looking out the window so peacefully. I just look at this layout and just want to squeeze her :)

"My #1 cowpoke" Layout

This layout was from Halloween last year. Since my dogs are my kids we of course dressed them up in costumes for the trick or treaters :) Bella was a bee and Rocko was a cowboy. He wouldn't wear his cowboy hat, though. Can you believe that?!

"Smile" Portrait Frame

I will see you guys next time!!

At the Range

Happy Thursday!!

I'm sharing a layout today featuring the Epiphany Crafts Square 25 tool. I just LOVE the Epiphany Crafts tools to make my own embellishments. They will always match your layout!!

"5 Shots" Layout

Even though the layout is about the shooting range, I just love how it has fun colors and not lame "boy" colors!!!  This day was super fun... this was the first time either of us had shot a gun. Scary!! But fun! And here's a closeup of the amazing Epiphany Crafts epoxy embellishments on my layout....

You can hop on over to the Epiphany Crafts blog this week too to win one of these fabulous Square 25 tools!! Go HERE.

See you soon...

Puppy Kisses

Hello all!!

I wanted to share a layout I whipped up for the Jenni Bowlin Studios design team call (fingers crossed) :) I absolutely LOVE how this layout turned out. I like layering, using paints, using mists, and adding 3 dimensional elements. I hope you ENJOY!!

"Puppy Kisses" Layout

Another favorite part of this layout is the picture. I printed an Instagram photo from my phone to my printer and it cut of part of the picture. Well, I still liked how the pic turned out so I used it anyway!! I'm also in love with JBS rubons, vellum butterflies, and journal tags. My girl was born in December thus I used the December journal tag.

I hope to see you back soon!!

You are my star

Happy Thursday All!!

Have you been seeing stars?? I know I have. Here's a sweet, quick card I made for Epiphany Crafts using their fabulous star tool. This is my favorite tool ever!!!

"You are my Star" Card

I used washi tape underneath the star epoxies. I think it gives a nice element instead of just paper. I punched a hole in the middle of one and used a brad to give it a little more character.

Come back and see me again :)

Crayon Fun & Epoxies!

Hey There! I haven't blogged in awhile. Goodness, I need to get back on track!!

I wanted to pop in today to share a project I made for Epiphany Crafts. Our theme for the week was Back to School. Well, I don't have any kiddos so I don't have any Back to School type photos. I wasn't sure what to do. I then decided to make an ART project that kids and adults alike will love :)

"paint the roses any color" Art Project

If you want to see how I made this fabulous project, head on over to the Epiphany Crafts blog HERE. I used their Star Tool along with some Washi Tapes and May Arts ribbon. Love!! I've even got this "painting" on my scrap room wall already.

Come see me again!! Hugs!

Hello!

Wow, it's been awhile!! I guess time flies when you're having fun!! I've gotta get back to blogging!

I want to share one of my Epiphany Crafts projects featuring the Square tool and some Jillibean Soup. This one was extremely easy to make!! Put paper behind the glass and adhere your squares directly onto the frame's glass.

"Hello, I will never forget you" Home Decor Frame

I've been creating LOTS of frames and home decor items for my new scrap room. Now I've just got to put them up :)

As usual, comments are welcome and come back soon!!

Helmar & Epiphany Crafts!!

Epiphany Crafts is teaming up with Helmar this week. I got to play with some fabulous adhesives to create my project this week. AND I had so much fun!!

I'm going to hang this frame up on the wall in my new scrapbook room with a bunch of other frames I am in the process of creating :) So more to come on those!!

And some close ups:

I used a piece of Bazzill paper with a whole pack of alpha rub-ons as the background. I put the glass back on and adhered the yo-yo flowers on top of the glass. Decorate and go! Easy Peasy!

Since my craft store didn't have the specific color of crackle paint I wanted my dear friend Cindy suggested regular acrylic paint in the color of my choice and clear crackle on top. GREAT IDEA!! It turned out amazing and super vintage looking. YAY!

To make the yo-yos I used Helmar's 450 Quick Dry Adhesive. It might be kind of hard to see in the photo, but there is a glob of the quick dry adhesive in the center of the yo-yo.

And VOILA!! Quick handmade embellishment with Helmar adhesive and Epiphany Crafts!!

I will see you back soon :) As usual, comments are mucho appreciated. I like to know if you like my goodies!!

Andrea Budjack
Stacy Rodriguez
Thienly Azim
Jessica Fick
Sarah Hill (that's me! You're already here!!)

Here's my sweet little Epiphany Crafts/The Twinery project....

"Biker Chick" layout

Epiphany Crafts Supplies Used:
BST-05 Button Studio Tool Round 20
BSA-11 Buttons Round 20

The Twinery Supplies:
Honeydew twine
Denim twine

Other Supplies:
Paper-Crate Paper, Jenni Bowlin, My Minds Eye
Alphas-Jenni Bowlin, Girls Paperie
Pin-Fancy Pants
Paint-Americana acrylic paint
Vintage ephemera
Tim Holtz tiny attacher
1 1/2" circle punch

Want to know how I made those painted lines?? I'll show ya!!

1.) First, gather your supplies needed:  Large scrap piece of paper, small scrap piece of paper cut to the length you want your journaling lines, paint.

2.) Next, squeeze out a line of paint on your scrap paper.

3.) Then,  dip your small scrap piece of paper in the paint to get paint on the edge. You may have to test out your journaling line so that it doesn't goop all over :)

4.) Now you're ready to create your journaling lines!! You can do as many as you like :)

5.) And voila! Your own journaling lines!!
